Local youth wrestling tournament attracts eight off-island teams

The Molokai Wrestling Club hosted a youth wrestling tournament last Saturday, May 3, at The Barn that attracted eight other teams from across the state.

After the action was over, Molokai came out on top with 138 team points. They were followed by the Napili Surfriders, 60; 808 Wrestling, 36; Lahaina Roughnecks, 22; Lanai Tiger Sharks, 19; Lahaina Red Raiders, 17; Kihei Maulers, 14; Central Maui Style, 5; Maui Razorbacks 5.

The wrestlers were divided into five age groups. The individual results were:

Menehune (5-6 years)
