The Department of Land and Natural Resources Division of Aquatic Resources has scheduled four separate meetings on Molokai to discuss possible regulations for certain fish species. Starting today, the 2009 Festivals of Aloha returns to Molokai. The theme this year is E Mau Ka Hooilina Kupuna, which means “Continue the Ancestral Legacy.”
