PUC public hearing on proposed water rate increases tomorrow

Brush fire almost contained
Reports from the command center was that the brush fire that started on Saturday was almost completely contained as firefighters continued to work on hot spots in the forest reserve in the Makakupaia section and the Onini Gulch near Kawela Plantation.
