The new owner of Paddlers’ Inn, Darrin Abell, has moved to Molokai to operate the Kaunakakai restaurant and bar. A judge in Honolulu has upheld a ruling by the state Department of Health that Molokai Properties Limited and its public utilities companies are, in fact, one entity.
